Chef Xinh Dwelley: Culinary Maestro, The Symphony Continues
Prolonged delays in septic engineering have caused the Fjord Oyster Bank restaurant to be closed for the better part of the year but it is expected to reopen in September. Zach wrote about his experiences working with Xinh and th plans for the restaurant menu when we reopen.
