SATURDAY AT 10 AM – 4 PM - Toilets Through the Ages & Treatment Plant Tour - WET Science Center IN OLYMPIA. Toilet technology has evolved far from Roman troughs and chamber pots! Learn how sewer science has progressed through human history.

SUNDAY AT 12 PM – 4 PM - Hama Hama Oysters, Meet the Maker - Yodelin Broth! live music, hot soup & cold beer! Dan Fiske of Leavenworth-based Yodelin Broth will be sharing samples of his amazingly flavorful, delicious, and sustainable fishbone broths. Stop by and stock up for the holidays! We're now serving the broth in the oyster saloon and selling frozen pints of it through the farm store. Hang out around a fire in the stump bar, shuck your own oysters, grab a pint of local beer or cider, and enjoy a day in the salty air. Local artist Oma Wilcox will join us to play music from 1-3.
