It’s Halloween week and we’ve see the change in the weather for sure…Let's talk about all the things moving into this weekend.

WEDNESDAY –
North Mason Chamber Lunch and Learn at the Hub in Belfair. From 12-1 learn about the Bloedel Reserve, a 150-acre forest garden reserve located on Bainbridge Island. In Allyn get in the Halloween Spirit at the Bistro with Halloween Barstool Trivia with Sonny from 6-8pm. This is a 21 and older event. Dress in your Halloween costume and win prizes along with drink specials and Bar snacks!

THURSDAY
Honey Babe is performing from 3-5 at the Union City Market

FRIDAY
Mason Health’s Trunk or Treat is from 2-5. Shelton Downtown Merchants is hosting the Halloween Spooktacular with the Shelton-Mason County Chamber on Railroad Avenue, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Shelton Cinemas presents Coco (PG) at 6:45 pm. Admission is a donation of nonperishable food items for our local food banks. In Brinnon, check out the Fall Festival at the Brinnon School from 5:30-730. Enjoy carnival games, a haunted stage and a chili cook off.

SATURDAY
Shelton Farmers market hosts a Harvest Festival from 10-3 in Evergreen Square.

Panhandle Lake’s Kids Haunted Camp from 12:00 PM 5:00 PM. Hunter Farms and the North Mason Chamber presents the return of the annual pumpkin catapult contest.
Underwater Pumpkin Carving Contest (SCUBA) from 2:00 PM 4:30 PM at YSS Dive in Hoodsport. Starting at 4pm the Huff N Puff gets spooky with a haunted walk and more.

On Saturday evening, Mason Conservation is hosting a Pier Peer at the Shelton Yacht Club from 7-9 PM. Learn more and register at masoncd.org. Lake Nahwatzel Resort is hosting their annual Halloween party from 8-11 pm. In Brinnon, the Geoduck is hosting a Halloween Bash and costume contest featuring live music with Silver City 6 Rock and Roll.

SUNDAY
The Oly Town Artesians are playing in a free exhibition at 2 with some Halloween themes at the Pavilion at Evergreen State College.

MONDAY
If you are trick or treating in Brinnon, The Cove Country Store is celebrating Halloween with a FULL SIZE candy bar to anyone that comes into the store in costume all day! Union Community Drive-Thru Trick or Treating from 4-6PM hosted by the Union Square Deli. In Quilcene visit the Trunk or Treat Halloween from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Located across from the US Bank, Pat Handley Building, you are invited to join the fun by decorating your “trunk.” This is for small children so not overly scary please.
